From initial discussions through to concept, plans and completion of your renovation, East Cost Designer Homes use a strategic process that lets you relax and trust that your newly renovated home will be everything you desire.
Let’s meet
Depending on the size of your renovation, we come to your home and discuss your ideas for your renovation to understand what the updates might look like.
This meeting can forms the basis for creating plans with your architect or be an introduction to plans you already have in place.
Refine for perfect
Once your plans are completed, we will work closely with your architect to refine anything that requires our experience and discuss any changes with you.
The timeline for this depends on the architect and your input in the design process. It can range anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks.
Let’s start
Your plans are submitted to council for approval or amends. This can take up to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of your plans.
With final plans in hand, we submit our official quote to you and contracts are signed to start work on your renovation.
